What Personal Information Does PathAdvantage Collect?
PathAdvantage does not ask you to provide personal health care information through our website.
Identifying Information: PathAdvantage will collect information that identifies you if you voluntarily choose to provide such information. If you choose to register with our site, we may ask you to provide some personal information such as your first and last name and contact information (including mailing address, telephone number, and email address). We may also collect information that will allow you to create a username and password.
Payment Information: If you choose to monitor and pay PathAdvantage invoices electronically by clicking on the PathAdvantage Bill Payment Link, you will be asked to provide personal financial information (including credit card number and billing address). Clicking on the PathAdvantage Bill Payment link does not display or transmit any of your personal health care information.

How Does PathAdvantage Protect the Security of Your Information?
PathAdvantage uses the services of HealthIT, to assist us in the implementation and maintenance of our security measures. All of the information you provide to us is encrypted through a Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) which employs a 128 bit encryption system.
We limit PathAdvantage employees’ and contractors’ access to personal information. Only those employees and contractors who have a business reason for accessing the information will have such access. We educate our employees on the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy through internal training programs and policies on data privacy and security. Further, we take appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce our privacy rules and regulations.
PathAdvantage maintains all personal health information within the PathAdvantage information system firewalls that operate on separate PathAdvantage mainframes/servers. The general public does not have access to these mainframes/servers.

PathAdvantage tracks visitors to our website by collecting data files called “cookies”.
