MyPathAdvantage was developed and founded by Alexandra Gillespie, M.D., a board-certified pathologist and owner of PathAdvantage. Dr. Gillespie has focused her career on gynecologic pathology and women’s health diagnostics, bringing decades of clinical experience to the development and oversight of PathAdvantage’s testing programs.
Prior to founding PathAdvantage, Dr. Gillespie served as Director of Cytology at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, where she specialized in gynecologic pathology. Under her leadership, PathAdvantage has grown into a physician-owned laboratory committed to clinically meaningful, validated testing for women’s health.
